In SF reads, a bunch with hard-boiled detective snappy styles, and good space opera! Project Hanuman by Stewart Hotston, The Halter by Darby McDevitt, Gates of Mars by McFall and Hays, and The Snow Queen by Joan Vinge (this was a bit of a slog for me, for reasons below). My fav weird read of the month was House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland, a terrific weird faery horror mystery. Read on for the details!...
