While we are still investigating the full scope of the situation, we want to be transparent and inform you as quickly as possible. The information that may have been illegally accessed in our network includes name, address & email. At this time, there is no evidence that sensitive data like passwords or payment details were compromised.
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. As a precautionary measure, we recommend that you:
Monitor your accounts for any suspicious activity.
Change your passwords for any services where you use similar credentials.
Be cautious of any unexpected emails or phone calls asking for personal details.

We are working closely with cybersecurity experts to further investigate the issue and enhance our security measures. We have also contacted the Information Commissioner Office, Action Fraud and the police on this incident.
