SEAFARER IS BACK IN THAILAND FOR 2025 Since starting their flotilla in Thailand in 2019, guests have loved this amazing country and due to new additions to the fleet, Seafarer are back in 2025. Starting on January 11th they will be running 10 night flotilla programmes in the fabulous Phang Nga Bay, along with shared sailing adventures on a 38ft catamaran. If you would like to experience this amazing country, whether sailing independently or onboard with our crew, read on for what makes this so special. Highlights Phang Nga Bay, to the east of Phuket is the main sailing area for this flotilla and offers a stunning seascape with dramatic limestone cliffs jutting from emerald water along with fascinating villages and stunning beaches. This bay is famous for its unique rock formations, including the famous James Bond Island, and offers opportunities for exploration by dinghy through caves and lagoons. The 10 night route encompasses a wide range of amazing stops including Phi Phi Don & Phi Phi Lei, the setting for the film and book 'The Beach", and the stunning sandy beach of Koh Pu. For those who do not wish to skipper a yacht and would rather leave that to the professionals, we are offering a shared sailing option on a 38 foot Island Spirit catamaran skippered by the flotilla lead crew. There are two guest cabins, plus the flotilla skipper and first mate on board and this is a collaborative experience where we encourage guests to get involved in the sailing and running of the vessel, whilst sailing with the flotilla. Yachts For 2025 there are a wide range of yachts available from 32 to 46ft with a number of additions to the fleet plus catamarans from 38 to 45ft. As most nights are spent on a mooring all the fleet have large ribs and davits for easy trips ashore and extra exploration. Prices start at £3,568 for the 10 night flotilla. Travel There are flights to Thailand available with one stop from London, Manchester and Birmingham with a rough travel time of 15 hours each way. Many choose to extend their stay at either end of the flotilla and Seafarer can arrange stays in some amazing hotels and resorts nearby to enhance the holiday.
