This headset uses AI to pick up tiny muscle movements in your jaw and throat, allowing you to silently communicate and control things "at the speed of thought" without saying a word. Key Details: The headset uses small cameras to detect muscle movements when you simply think about speaking, turning these signals into commands. The founder demonstrated tasks like coding, texting, searching for images, and even talking directly with other wearers using this "Silent Sense" technology. The team claims the device works well in loud places, supports many languages, and can understand both mouthed words and just the intention to speak. This project started at MIT in 2018 and became a company in 2025, but there's no official release date yet. Why It Matters:   If this technology works as promised, it could totally change how we use computers and talk to each other.
