Sign up here ___________________________________________________________ OpenAI is well aware of this, and its recent focus on the health and wellness sector suggests a growing interest in this field. Recently, the company partnered with WHOOP to introduce a personalised health and fitness coach powered by GPT-4. A month ago, it partnered with Summer Health to offer a 24x7 text-based paediatric care service, using GPT-4 to assist its doctors.   OpenAI’s ChatGPT has already been on the news for saving a dog’s life. Most recently, it saved a child’s life by diagnosing a rare paediatric condition. A latest study shows that it is way more empathetic than physicians and can even act as a therapist.  What’s more, GPT-4 with multimodal capabilities (GPT-4V) has found applications in radiology too. Microsoft recently published a paper titled ‘Exploring the Boundaries of GPT-4 in Radiology’, wherein the researchers found that while it performed high on some tasks, GPT-4 outperformed human radiologists on other tasks.  Be My Eyes is utilising GPT-4 to help visually impaired users with tasks such as identifying objects, reading text, navigating the physical environment and more.  Read the full story here.  Regular Passes for MLDS 2024 to expire this Friday.
